Can we get a refund if someone drops out mid-program?
We offer one free transfer to a future cohort (within 12 months) if someone can't complete due to unforeseen circumstances. Partial refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on timing.
What if we want to train more than 10 people?
For 10+ participants, we recommend Corporate Custom ($250K for up to 15 participants, then $15K per additional seat). We can run multiple cohorts or a single dedicated cohort.
Can we pay with a purchase order (PO)?
