We'll schedule a call to discuss your team's needs, explore capstone project ideas, and answer your questions.

Step 3: Team Selection & Interviews

Timeline: 1-2 weeks

You select 6-10 engineers. We conduct brief interviews (15 min each) to confirm baseline skills.

Timeline: 1 week

Once accepted, you'll receive a contract, program schedule, and pre-program prep materials.
